My Story & Mission

I walked into a boxing gym in 2012, simply wanting to improve my fitness. Little did I know this sport I knew nothing about at the time would transform my life.

 

It was the energy boxing gave me that surprised me and got me "hooked" to begin with. Then I realised there were more and more that went beyond the instant surge of endorphins...

  • I learnt what my body was capable of and what could be developed.

  • I learnt I could take risks.

  • I learnt to respond intentionally rather than reacting for survival.

  • I learnt about how my thoughts affected how I viewed myself.

  • I learnt that progress, no matter in the mind or body, was never linear.

​

In 2020, my learnings from boxing, my experiences and ideas started to come together while I studied for my life coaching certification. I realised the lessons I had learnt from boxing were some of the fundamental elements in the transformational process that life coaching offered. I also became interested in how our mind and body are connected and learnt how empowering the boxing stance and movements could be to support our mental wellbeing.

It was two years of studying, researching, writing and trialling to finally launching the programme in April 2022.

I am now on a mission to help you uncover and utilise your inner strengths, empower you to hold your own space gracefully and be balanced in mind and body.
